Welcome to Hauck Brothers FAQ/Ask the Expert page. While we have done our best to cover some of the common questions asked, there are always some that we miss, so we want you to have the opportunity to ask. We will try to give you an accurate, clear answer promptly.

Remember the only dumb question is the one that hasn’t been asked, so if you are wondering about something, someone else is probably wondering too!

If you have a question relating to a specific brand or piece of equipment please include the Model and Serial number, if possible. If you cannot supply these, please note that we may not be able to answer your question. If you request a document, such as an owner’s manual, we can e-mail it to you in PDF format, provided it is available. Please note that we can only provide this service for a limited number of brands, and we have to have your e-mail address to do so.
